Harwinmotors.com makes every effort to ensure that all products shipped to customers are completely functional and free of any damage before shipment from our warehouse.
We also suggest to our customers to inspect shipments for Damages immediately upon receipt. If the shipment is damaged during shipping, you must contact our Customer Service Department within 24 hours of delivery by phone or email to report the damage and if necessary obtain a RMA number and we will provide you with free replacements parts, & telephone technical support within the 30 days warranty period.
Since Manufacturer defects are covered in our 30 Day Warranty, there are absolutely no refunds for assembled, fueled or used items regardless of damage or performance. If you decide to return the product before being assembled, fueled or used, all returns must be authorized and made within 7 days of receipt and are subject to a 30% restocking fee, original shipping and handling are not refundable. Also note that customers are responsible for returning the merchandise at their own expense.
Merchandise returned for refund must be received in 100% new and re-sellable
condition. Merchandise is not eligible for refund if it has been Assembled, Fueled,
used, abused or damaged in any way. Merchandise must arrive complete in the original
packaging (including unmarked warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional
items, etc.) Upon inspection of the merchandise a refund check will be issued and
mailed to you within 2-3 weeks of receipt.
Note: We will not accept any returns based on unsatisfactory legal status.
