30 Day Limited manufacturer Warranty, 12 Months Engine Warranty.:
Harwinmotors.com ("the distributor") warrants its products including ATVS, Go-Karts, Mopeds and Generators against all defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 Days from the date of delivery subject to the following conditions and exclusions:

1. Structural frame components, including frame welds, are warranted for 30 Days for the original owner.

2. To present a claim the customer must deliver the defective part for exchange to our office in Houston, TX at his or her own expense. All parts that are found to be defective must be available for return for a replacement part to be replaced under the 30 day or any extended warranty offered.

3. This limited warranty is for the replacement or repair, at the option of Harwinmotors.com, of defective parts only and does not cover any labor charges including, but not limited to, charges incurred for installation of replacement parts or additional fees which may be imposed by the dealer or service agent.

4. All warranty replacement parts are under warranty from the date of delivery of the original "product" and not from the date of replacement of part or purchase.

5. The 30 Day limited warranty covers the transmission, engine (related components), brakes, brake master cylinder, clutch slave cylinder, gas tank, a-arms, trailing arms, spindles, fuel pump, wheels, steering rack, winch, ball joints, gas pedal, gear shift, and shocks. Every part is covered in the first thirty days provided the part failed as a result of being defective and not as a result of abuse. For example: A worn clutch disk as a result of not clutching correctly is not covered under this warranty. A bent wheel as a result of a tire hitting an object hard is not covered under this warranty.

6. Go-Kart Assembly: The purchaser is required to make sure all parts are secured on the Go-kart before operating the Go-kart. Parts can become loose as a result of shipping or using the vehicle. A part that is damaged or causes damage as a result of falling off or coming loose on the Go-kart is the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be replaced under warranty. All nuts, bolts and screws should be tightened before every use.

7. This limited warranty is valid and enforceable only on " products" purchased in the United States from Harwinmotors.com. Purchaser must also pay for return shipping on parts regardless of location.

8. This limited warranty is applicable only to the customer as an original purchaser of the "product" from Harwinmotors.com and shall not apply to any subsequent purchaser, assignee or other recipient of the Vehicle from customer.

9. This warranty shall be void if the Customer modifies the "product" in any respect including but not limited to the use of parts other than genuine parts.

10. This limited warranty applies only to products purchased from Harwinmotors.com.

11. This limited warranty does not cover seat upholstery; roll bar covers, and other items that normally wear out over time with use.

12. All transportation costs and any shipping damage expenses incurred while shipping back parts for repair or replacement are the responsibility of the original purchaser.

13. This limited warranty does not apply to any injury, loss, defect or malfunction of the "product" or failure to function resulting from any failure to operate or maintain "product" in accordance with the directions contained in the owners manual provided with the product or by Harwinmotors.com; or any injury, loss, damage, defect or malfunction, or failure to function resulting from any accident, acts of God, alterations in the "product" by anyone other than the distributor, or misuse, unreasonable use, tampering, abuse, acts, omissions, failure or negligence by anyone other than manufacturer.

14. These warranties set forth herein are in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied, including the warranties of merchantability or fitness. Any such implied warranty imposed by state consumer law is limited in duration to 30 Days from date of delivery.

15. Customer represents and agrees that any claims, which it may assert against Harwinmotors.com and its affiliates, shall be limited to those which may be asserted under the foregoing limited warranty.

16. This warranty is offered exclusively by Harwinmotors.com. By placing a purchase with our company, the customer agrees that He/ She has read and agrees to our terms and warranty.

How to file a warranty claim:
First contact our tech support via email at Warranty@Harwinmotors.com as most problems can be fixed with minor adjustments. Fully explain the problem and we will respond just as soon as possible. If you find a part that is defective, we may require you to remove the part and ship it to us for exchange.
